Russian Sovereign Funds to Total Over 2.5 Trillion Rubles by End of 2018 - Putin:
"Vladimir Putin said Wednesday that more than 2.5 trillion rubles (some $40.9 billion) will remain in Russia's Reserve and National Wealth funds by the end of 2018."
