The Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (Esca) has approved a set of regulations to govern the trading of index funds, until the authority sets new regulations.
The move was taken at yesterday's meeting of the Esca board, chaired by Sultan Saeed Al Mansouri, Minister of Economy and Chairman of the board.
The group approved the proposed regulations by the Emirates Securities Market to govern the trading of index funds until Esca sets new regulations.
