Brent for October settlement rose 0.2% to $65.31 on the ICE Futures Europe exchange at 6:46 a.m. in Singapore after slumping 7.7% last week, the most since October. West Texas Intermediate for October delivery added 0.2% to $62.25 on the New York Mercantile Exchange after losing 2.1% on Friday.
